the check-in process was easy and polite. my 'superior double room' was furnished very well. the bathroom was large and i was very happy with that space!!!

The room included a comfortable double bed and a small work desk. The breakfast service was very nice. I noticed several choices of fresh fruit and hot items.
The gym lacked detailed instructions for using some of the equipment.

The room had a lovely waterfall shower, and the bathroom was modern. I enjoyed access to the swimming pool. It featured a good size and depth. The outdoor pool was well lit with motion-sensing lights, giving it a very pretty appearance. The staff were helpful. They accommodated my request for a ground floor room.
The hot water took a long time to come through the taps. It also seemed to disappear quickly.

The facilities included a pool and an outdoor tub, highlights of the stay. I found the staff helpful. They were always available when needed. The menu offered a two-course option for £25. The steak main course was excellent.
